Jose Estrada went above and beyond taking my maintenance request today. Especially for what I imagine was a busy day. I tried to submit my request for a leak in the kitchen ceiling. The on-line request just kept buffering. He not only took down all of the information and provided us another way to submit it with the accompanying pictures, but remained on the phone to verify receipt, but was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Further Jose stated he would notify us when someone was available to come to our home. Thank you, Jose, for making this experience a pleasure! You have my deepest gratitude. Linda Webster
