I spoke with Vonshawnna and she was extremely helpful. I have been renting at the same place since 2019 and she has been the most friendly and she documented everything and made sure I was taken of. She was super patient and though things can get overwhelming her kindness and attitude kept everything calm. She is the best part of Maymont! Update to review! I was recently affected by The Hurricane. It has been extremely hectic dealing with things. Especially the move out with the tree falling on the house as well. Through everything there was a lot of stress. And then January came and I was billed by the utility company Simplebills months later after moving out. Since I was paying for a new place obviously this put a financial strain on myself. I called Maymont and was able to get in contact with Ms. Kim J. and she was wonderful. She took time and even updated me on the situation as she dealt with it for multiple days. Long story short she was an advocate for me as she likely is an advocate for all tenants which is huge thing. Talk about being the best part of Maymont. That she truly is and as my time with Maymont has unfortunately come to end she is another great part of it! Thank you!

Great fast maintenance from Preston Silver

I'm visiting my son and his wife, so I was there to greet Mr. Silver when he arrived at 118 Meadowood Drive, Easley, SC to perform requested maintenance. Mr Silver arrived early and professionally made a quick assessment of what needed to be done. After obtaining the supplies needed, he completed the tasks in a timely manner and cleaned the work areas. Mr. Silver also performed a complete fire safety check and installed smoke detectors in each bedroom. Mr. Silver was courteous, polite, and very professional. In my opinion, Me. Silver is valuable asset to his employer. Kudos for a job well done.

We’ve been in a MAYMONT home for 15 months and needed several things repaired. We had no problems getting those done in a timely fashion. None were emergency repairs. I’m not fond of being forced to pay my utilities through Simple Bills but I understand why they want that. We’ve renewed our lease for another year.

I would like to thank Natalie White for taking my call this morning. We was very patient and professional. She listened to my frustration and remained very patient. She kept me on the line until she received an answer from dispatch. We have been waiting 5 months for work to be done but this was a follow-up call for a new issue that happened on 1/24/25. Communication is definitely a problem with dispatch. I give Natalie- 5 stars!
