I want first say thank you. I’ve never had a move-in process go this smoothly. EVER. The home I initially applied to ended up being rented the day I found out my application was approved. There were other homes available but outside of my approval amount. The moment the second home I was interested in dropped in price I reached out to Candice who assisted me very quickly with transferring my application. The process to secure the home was very smooth. I had no issues. Once I paid the fees to reserve the home I was guided by Rose Williams - Move in Coordinator. She sent over the necessary links and information to make sure everything was squared by my move-in date. She was a great help and answered all of my lingering questions. I look forward to staying in my new home or with MAYMONT Homes for many years to come. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is trying to move and looking for a seamless process.
