I was having an issue with customer service so I contacted maymont to make sure my renewal went through for my rent renewal and I spoke to Marvin who was able to calmly assure me that things are being taken care of and even followed up with the claim number to make sure I understood that there was a ticket number and things were actually moving along. I'm so grateful for Marvin. I valued my time highly and he is very efficient and polite

In home 6 years now. Year 2 with Maymont. No complaints. Had my 1st maintenance order with Maymont and Tech was professional and knowledgeable with the repair. Last property managemnt Tech didnt know what he was doing. I have to say appt time is the only downfall. Had to wait a few days for appointment and crossed fingers refrigerator did not completely stopped.
