Shannon Cole was incredible and made my maintenance experience quick and easy! I had 2 very frustrating situations and she helped remedy both situations. She was friendly, listened to my concerns, and gave practical solutions with timelines on them. She followed through with the timelines and was very prompt with communication. She passed along issues to where they needed to be and followed up with those individuals to make sure my problems were solved in a timely manner. I have no complaints about how she handled everything! She was awesome!
