Before getting connected to this young lady I spoke to two people who didn't understand what I was asking and said that they were connecting me to someone but hung up on me instead, so I called back and when I spoke to this young lady she was very helpful and emailed me everything I needed and didn't even take but about 8 min literally... she should get a promotion and a raise....
