Megan was very helpful and communicative as we coordinated our move. She made sure to follow up with us as needed and she answered all of our questions quickly. Her bright personality and willingness to assist us made it easy to choose to rent with Maymont vs some of the other rentals we were considering. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again, she is an asset to Maymont Homes.

Although my move in day was rocky and frustrating due to my move in coordinator being unavailable and dropping the ball. I wasn’t set up at all to move in, even though we spoke days before I had to call customer service several times to even be able to enter the home. They were quick to rectify the situation at hand. The communication has been great ever since. The house wasn’t cleaned before moving in there were a few other issues that should have been handled before moving in, but the maintenance team was and is prompt and attentive. It has been a pleasure living here since getting everything in order. 😊
