Emily Cobb was amazing in helping me with the issues I had. The previous representative told me they couldn’t help me and just transferred me to a voicemail. Emily took the time to relay information to me and also initiated an email with my leasing agent so my issue can be resolved. She was great and so helpful and if I ever have any issues again I would love to just be able to call her.

I reviewed a property listing by Maymont Homes and I was very impressed w/ the layout of the property, the size of the home, the price, and the ease in which the property was accessible. Not even 24 hrs later I was receiving a call from the lovely Betty who simply reached out to get my opinion on the property and to explain the process should I wish to move forward. She addressed all my questions, provided me with the company’s timeline requirements following submission of an application, and she even told me about the reservation/prorated rent fee that is needed to secure a unit following approval of an application. I appreciated all the information immensely because it’s been a little while since I’ve been on the rental market. I even received a link via text to view other Maymont properties that are on the market in my area. 10 out of 10 service provided and I would highly recommend.
