Hello this is Jamie Frazier I’m reaching out to just make sure you know that Micheal Shumway had nothing to do with my carpet being stained there I definitely used the wrong wording. The water just didn’t help with us being there as long as we have . But I can shampoo it and it will be fine. Sorry about the wording I used I’m going through a lot my son has serious medical issues so I’m just all over the place. But Michael is amazing and we appreciate him so much he is great at what he does and an even better person! The address to my location is 316 NE Lakeview Dr Blue Springs Mo 64014 . I’m not sure my work order number for this service but email is the pic attached is for the work order I made the comment on that is from the ticket I put in with the tub leaking .
