Natalie White helped me today and she was phenomenal! Patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help would be how I would describe her. She helped me get everything situated with my new accounts and I grateful for her assistance. If possible, request her when calling in!

I was concerned about changing management companies when Progress Residential sent the email. After speaking with Von'Shawnna Evans( Senior Customer Service Rep) at Maymont Homes, she explained everything and made my experience great! I love Maymont Homes already!

My first impression with Maymont wasn’t the best, the switch from progress to maymont was swift and I was having trouble creating an account for the portal, which worried me as rent was due soon. I called a handful of times hoping to get this figured out before rent, and finally i was answered and was helped out but the most kind woman named, Emily Cobb, she created an account for me quickly and easily, within the first few minutes on the call i was receiving an email for creating an account! Thank you Emily Cobb!! Maymont gets 5 stars just for Emily Cobbs incredible customer service!

I had a lovely experience with Emily Cobb. She assisted me with everything I needed and was pleased to do so. She had an amazing attitude as well.

Kimberly Mendones was very helpful and best customer service. Due to her encounter I would definitely recommend Maymont Homes. Other staff that I’ve spoke to are great as well but she definitely stands out.

So far so good! We moved over from Divvy Homes to Maymont Homes in early April 2025. They’ve been great and very helpful. Had a lovely conversation earlier today with Gabrielle (4.29.25, around 10:30ish CST), and they were incredibly kind, supportive, and efficient in the way they handled my request. They went out of their way to inquire into how I’ve been since we joined, and if all things were satisfactory with the house. We got to chatting and I felt comfortable airing out any concerns which were quickly met with compassion and a drive to assist. Give them a raise, I know they deserve it.

I rented from Maymont (previously Conrex) for the past 3 years. After moving in i heard countless stories about bad move-out experiences so when the time came i was terrified. I cleaned the house to the best of my ability and crossed my fingers. They ended up returning almost $1000 of my $1500 deposit (which was reasonable because there were a couple damages) and had the refund check back to us very quickly. All in all my experience with maymont was great. They were always on top of maintenance requests and easy to reach. Dawn B. in the leasing department was very courteous and helpful on multiple occasions. The only downside i have to say is the rental increases. I would've stayed longer but was priced out of the home due to almost $300 in increases over 3 years. I think there should be some leeway for responsible tenants. Thank you for a great 3 years.
