The service rep Will I would like to give my applause to. He was very open clear patient while explaining to me the process from paperwork, the amenities of the home, different discounts and promotions, that had not been shared with me until I spoke with him. I called him several times back to back asking questions and he didn’t show frustration or aggravation with me not one time. He reassured me several times that I was ok and that is what he was there for to assist and help me. Typically having to contact Maymont gives me a very huge headache, especially since my backyard is currently being flooded. I called Maymont 3 to 4 times with absolutely no help finally press number six on the automated system and I get to this wonderful woman name is Natalie White.
