At first. It was a little hard for me because I was trying to navigate The transitioning on my own. So I finally called the number that was listed and talk to Kimberly Mendones. She made the transitioning so much easy for me. She was very Patient with me, I had so many questions And she didn't mind answering each of them.She was very specific with everything that I needed to do, she went through this process with me step by step making sure I had everything that I needed to get everything transitioned over.. She also went over things with me that I wasn't even thinking to ask her. Thank You Kimberly.You made my life so much easier in those very moments when I need help.

As a tenant, it’s not the easiest thing switching from one property owner to another during a home acquisition.
