Alaysia did an amazing job of getting my maintenance request re-opened and handled. She was extremely courteous and understanding. Ahe made this process so easy!

I spoke with Alaysia about an issue with our rent payment being accidentally double charged for October. She was extremely helpful and understanding and was patient with me as I explained everything that happened leading up to this moment. She made sure that a refund was initiated, which took a huge stress off my mind. I really appreciated the top notch customer service!

Update again (late): Our fence was repaired, completely. We've had no issues outside of this. We're almost a year in, appreciative of Maymont. ________________ Updated to add: They had someone come out to look at our fence. The ticket was closed. Assuming it didn't meet their standards for repairing. _______________ Recently started renting from Maymont. It was ALOT of money up front to begin renting, but doing okay. Nothing terribly major. An issue that is completely irritating to us, is that they will not fix our fence.. they stated it's "as is." A bit crappy in our opinion, as that's the point of renting.. especially with animals. We didn't get a house with a fence and we don't pay a deposit AND monthly rent for our pets, for no reason. We will be working to fix the fence, and when/if we move, it will be in "as is" condition. Other then that, it's been a decent experience so far.

Shawn was amazing. She was kind and friendly. She has excellent customer service skills and she made me feel like my issue was important was her. She was determined to get me the answers that i needed no matter what. We were able to communicate about life and still get things done. Thank you so much! 11/10 experience!

I had the pleasure of speaking to Brittany (a Manager who was boots on the ground taking calls due to the high volume after Hurricane Helene) today who introduced me to Maymont Homes. Maymont recently took over as my new property manager and this was my first contact with them. Brittany was so welcoming and patiently worked with me to navigate the resident portal to make my rent payment for the first time. She answered all of my questions, made me feel special, and treated me with warmth, kindness, and understanding. I felt as if we were family from the moment we started talking! I cannot stress enough what a wonderful difference this was from my previous rental company. It was refreshing and rejuvenating to have such a nice, positive conversation with a truly genuine person!
