5-Star Review for Somazia at Maymont Homes I had an incredible experience with Somazia today, and I just had to share. I called in to pay my rent and was devastated after receiving an eviction notice due to a $1,000+ utility bill. Somazia provided clear, accurate information about the timelines I needed to meet, and after our call, I made my payment. However, I was still overwhelmed, thinking about how I’d come up with the money to cover the utility bill. Not long after, while I was resting, Somazia called me back—she had gone above and beyond without me even asking. She managed to get over $400 removed from my bill after discovering incorrect charges. I was beyond grateful, even brought to tears. But she didn’t stop there. A few hours later, she called again to let me know she’d gotten even more taken off. By the end of the day, my balance was reduced to just $50! Her dedication, care, and determination gave me peace of mind during an incredibly stressful time. I’ve never experienced such heartfelt customer service. Somazia treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine concern—qualities you rarely find. She’s a true gem, and Maymont Homes is lucky to have her. I’m beyond thankful and will never forget how she helped me. If only there were more people like her!

I was interested in a McDonough home that was listed and Betty called to see if she could help in any way. I realized it only had one and a half bath so it would not work for me but she offered to send me more listings and find out what I was exactly looking for. As far as I was concerned she went above and beyond in customer service! I have viewed many homes with many Realtors and it's a pleasant experience to get one like Betty.
