My call-in experience with Jordan Visera has been nothing short of amazing. Not just the call-in experience, but his multiple follow-ups as well! He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, polite, and helpful in assistance. I don't think he's a manager, but his approach seemed like one, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions and addressed every single concern promptly. Again, Jordan was very patient!!! We need more people in this world like Jordan. My wife and I rented this house sight unseen in preparation to move across the country during an incredibly busy and stressful time in our lives. When we realized that the previous tenants had left the house in an egregiously poor condition, I was ready to cry. Fortunately, Vonshawnna Evans quickly remedied the issue by dispatching staff to clean and repair the property so it would be ready in time for us to move in our possessions as scheduled.

Amid our transition here from Missouri, our family's needs became greater, especially those of our child with ASD. Their policy regarding non-discrimination has been true and seamless.
