Betty and Cory were phenomenal!

I signed up for simple bills as it was maymont home recommended. It is August and I am still getting billed, some even for July and I moved June 10th!!! I was ok with them at first even left a good review, even though I should have taken into account the shady side of things but this is too much!!!!!

Daniela v. was great I had called once before and got a different person and they told me they understand. My situation was an emergency but the best they could do was 2 PM the next day. When I got connected with Daniela, the second time I called her she was a good listener. Understood the issue understood how serious it was to not have use of bathrooms. And proceeded to run around the office calling as many vendors as she could to try and get me a maintenance person out to my house and found one to come the same day. Daniela went above and beyond

This review is for Vonshawna working at Maymount Homes who I just spoke today in regards to my rental insurance. Her ability to take initiative to reach to assist me in transitioning out my family's current location to another location was a breath of fresh air from this organization. Historically my interactions with other individuals from this organization were not pleasant with response such as "Soooo?", expecting me to solve my issue in their system but this experience with Vonshawna shows the are competent people and then their is Vonshawna who is above and beyond. Vonshawna is carrying the company's interpersonal communication skills on her back.

Christian N. was a delight to work with. He was super reassuring and thorough when I submitted a complaint against one of the vendors that was sent to my home. He also took my new maintenance issue seriously and assured me he was working to find someone to send out asap.

All I can say about Shannon Cole is SUPERSTAR. I must admit, for the most part I receive mediocre customer service or less at Maymont — a lot of passing the buck, no response, being left on hold, hung up on, or calls dropping. But with Shannon, I must admit, when she picked up the phone I could genuinely hear the concern in her voice right off the bat. Not only was she concerned, she actually did what she said she was going to do, and then she called the next day to check and make sure I was taken care of. I definitely see why she is a supervisor. She and Brittany should be in charge of training your whole staff. Both went above and beyond, which is super rare at Maymont.
