Today I spoke with Natalie White regarding my notice to vacate. She was polite, knowledgeable, and addressed any questions I had. It’s been a while since I have spoken to someone that genuinely cared about customer care. Natalie is definitely a valuable member of your team, if you ask me. I will personally ask for her again if necessary.

Natalie White was extremely helpful with the issues I’m having with Maymont. She was patient and listened to understand instead of quickly responding and not addressing the concern. She did not match my frustration, instead she remained calm and focused on a solution.
