Unfortunately, my experience has not met expectations. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I’ve received no communication from the move coordinator. I've asked for guidance regarding the balance that is listed for moving and how to move forward with the deposit if not using rhino and no response. This experience has been disappointing to say the least.

I want to give a huge shout out to Kim James in customer service, as she helped me with an issue of my trash service being discontinued without my knowledge. She was very professional and courteous. She explained everything in great detail and made no promises she couldn't keep. She went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved and was very polite through it all. She was compassionate and empathetic to my situation and made me feel valued and respected. We need more representatives like Kim James! :-)
