I appreciated his text communication of his delayed estimated time of arrival as he had to travel to Palatka from Jacksonville. He did an excellent job replacing a fan and adding a pull string light fixture to the pantry in under an hour. He even swept the floor when he was done. Keep this guy on your vendor list!
