The team was quick to resolve my issues and very friendly. I spoke with Natalie White today about getting our new resident portal set up. I initially called yesterday but was informed that the line was busy by the customer service team. Even though that was frustrating, both Natalie and the two customer service team members were very helpful and friendly.

Barbara, in the transitions department, has single-handedly gave us hope in Maymont homes. When they bought our old leasing company it was nothing but a headache for us. We have been back and forth with them for almost 2 weeks trying to get our account handled and thanks to Barbara, it was resolved today. She said it would take time and she would need to call us back and she honestly kept her word to us. That means so much! Thank you Barbara. This woman needs a raise.

ONE WEEK EDIT: Maymont has recently outsourced maintenance and due process and procedure can be a pain, (two professional opinions on a defunct fridge later) however they rule fairly in the outcome. From Chapin, SC:: Your maintenance worker Derek single-handedly helped restore some of my Hope for our relationship over the course of this lease. That maintenance worker has better customer service skills than the supervisors working on the phones at your location in Charleston, And having men like that as boots on the ground, will single-handedly protect your company from failing due to your absolute ineptitude on the clerical and customer service side of your business. (Benji and Andrea excluded, as well as I believe Kimberly? My apologies if incorrect) Those are the type of people you need to listen to, when they offer suggestions towards the growth of your enterprise. Not those foolish supervisors who are willing to DENT DENY DENY just to keep their corner office job (Victoria) only to fold and rule in favor of the renters, due to disorganization on their own end. Anyways, LOVE DEREK, you’re lucky to have him.

This is a review about miss Dena G. I have been in the process of moving out and have had issues with billing discrepancies the past month.This has added stress on top being a first time dad, working nightshift at the hospital, buying a new house and everything that comes along with that. I just wanted someone to take care of this issue and give me peace of mind that this was going to be handled and that’s exactly what miss Dena G. Did for me. She went above and beyond checked on me every 2 minutes or less while I was on hold. She didn’t just give me answers to apease me or what I wanted to hear to get me off her line; she gave me ticket numbers, future dates to expect mail, and walked me through the process of what she was doing to ensure that I understood what to expect. She answered all my questions and was patient with me even though my voice is going out and could barely talk. You could tell she has a passion for what she does, and it makes the world of difference when you don’t know what someone is going through. Dena G. is the gold standard of what EVERYONE (no matter what career field) should strive to be when it comes to customer service. Thank you again Dena G. God bless you!
