Had a problem with the home I had reserved and plan to move on the 15th that was advertised as wood floor was actually change to carpet they just didn’t update the picture , Shawn hunter was amazing I called her this morning and express by concerns and she got on it , we look for a different home and she try to get the same price but they didn’t want to since the homes were for a pricier range but since I had to move the 15th other parties were already notified I end up needing to move forward with the same home is pretty just the carpet was the concern but again Shawn hunter was amazing in helping to try to solve the problem she couldn’t do much this the carpet was new but she did try. Thank you so much
