Leading up to the move in and the day of the move in the process was definitely rough to say the least I won't lie about that, they told me the house would be cleaned, "move in ready" and treated for the problems I stated upon touring the home and before agreeing to sign the lease and that definitely was not the case on moving day. The house was in worse shape then the day I addressed all the issues on the tour and I could tell no effort was put in by my Move in Coordinator to make sure these issues were addressed. (This review goes from being a .5 rating to a 4 rating going forward after I got ahold of the right people (Susan Broderick, Natalie "The OG" White and Mike Shulz) Then like a ray of moonlight in the hours of need come Mike Shulz (Maymont Technician Region 7) came to fix the some of the issues I put in via email. He walked the house and said "were going to need a full team here to get the ball rolling I'm going to make some calls" and he sure did, that same day Susan Broderick called me and started taking care of business for me, firing on all pistons she sounded the alarms and this house turned into a Contractor Convention in a matter of a day. Each day for roughly a week I had anywhere between 2-3 a day fixing and making things right, she would do check ups with me and see what needed to be done and was quick to answer and raise urgency on any issues I was having. If it was wrong she was an Angel that made it right and still to this day is working with me to make this (what started as a regrettable decision) into a decision I'm happy I made to push the issue to try and make this place "move in ready" and actually a place happy to call home. Then comes Natalie "The OG" White and "YG" Natalie(I'm so sorry I forgot your last name 😭) to help give me solid pointers, address questionable issues I had with billing and charges on the account that shouldn't have existed because someone did something wrong in the system, they helped answer any questions I had with quick results and more than solid pointers. If my first experience was with those Ladies and Gentleman this would be a 5/5 rating but Natalie White, Susan Broderick, Mike Shulz and Natalie "YG" definitely salvaged the image of my initial thoughts of this company coming from "Mom and Pop" style landlords. My advise would be definitely make sure you're getting ahold of the right people and they will take care of you. Don't just let it rest on the wayside and not report issues you're having they won't know unless you address it. Thanks again Natalie, Susan, Natalie and Mike!
