Edit: There's always some inconvenience having repairs done in your home but Gerard was a delight! I appreciate his attention to detail and respect for my home and work space (as I was working from home today). 10/10 service! Natalie made the transition seamless after a lot of stress and concern created by the previous property management company.

They sent out a gentleman from Castle Rock maintenance and he came out, stayed to make sure he fixed the root cause of the electricity issue. I am so happy to know there are still great people that will do quality work.

Derrick came to our home today and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment he arrived, his energy was positive, friendly, and professional. He took the time to really look at the situation, explain what he was doing, and worked hard to fix and clean everything he possibly could. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and doing the job right. That kind of attitude makes a huge difference when someone is working in your home. He was respectful, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’m very thankful Derrick was the one who came out today. Maymont is lucky to have someone like him representing their company.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Mirha for providing such a great customer experience. I called her office because my deposit check has a transaction or whatever needs to be removed so it can be deposited and she took care of business. She is just amazing. Now what business or company would give you a check with a restriction on it that you can nor deposit. I live out of the MAYMONT home after two years because Their customer service is the worst even and now that I finally managed to move out, the nightmare has ended still. No even after I get whatever the wanted to give me as a deposit. I returned the house in excellent condition, but they will trick you and rip you off your deposit money. I will not recommend renting with this company at all. They need more people like Mirha providing customer support

Preston was fast and very helpful. , came to change my lights in the kitchen and fix my closet doors , he needed parts he didn't have on hand and he made a special trip to get them and came back and finished the job quickly.
