Received excellent customer service from Gabrielle, I can honestly say that it’s not often that you rent from a company that seems to put their renters needs above the profit margins. I transitioned from another property management company and the amount owed was incorrect and I was able to interact with customer service and support individuals who were both caring and professional, it’s like calling your sister or a friend from college.
