Progress residential transferred our lease to Maymont and Natalie White took our call and went over the transfer process with us in detail. Not only was she super helpful and friendly but she was a breath of fresh air compared to the horrors we had with dealing with Progress. We love our home and would love to stay here for the next 7 + years and knowing we have excellent representation in Maymont will definitely keep us here. We appreciate Natalie so much , give this woman a bonus!!!!

First, I was having trouble accessing the company portal to make my payment, and she guided me through the process, ensuring I could log in successfully. I also inquired about the Flex payment option for rent, and she took the time to explain how it works. I was really excited to learn about this feature because it will help me so much. Vonshawnna provided excellent advice and support, making me feel valued as a renter. It’s reassuring to know that Maymont Homes truly cares about their tenants and is committed to assisting them. Natalie was able to answer all of my questions and concerns concerning the transition, she was lovely to speak with she gives you that warm fuzzy feeling when speaking with her like she cares. She was amazing thank you again Natalie.

I got Hanna when calling in to find out some information about my home. Hanna answered all of my questions and informed me of changes I may not have been aware of. Overall, the call was stress free and informative.
