We moved into a Maymont Homes residence in early December, and while there have been quite a few issues with the house itself. We have had almost no issues with Maymont. They have fixed every maintenance request we have submitted with kind and knowledgeable vendors. Had an issue with one of the maintenance requests and reached out to their customer service team. Was absolutely delighted to come across Barbara S. She was genuinely so kind, understanding and committed to getting this issue resolved for us. Maymont gets 4 stars because the house was not move in ready by any means, but Barbara gets 5 stars across the board.

James did a wonderful job. came out fixed my sink lickety split, was knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly

Betty and Cory were awesome! They followed up after viewing a house, and gave me all the information needed for potential leasing. They also told me about other properties on their companies website and helped me find more houses to tour! Amazing customer service.

My experience with the representative by the name of Mary was excellent.

Vonshawnna was super helpful in going over the lease agreement with us and pulling up the terms of our lease. She made sure that we understood everything and we really appreciated the time that she took to explain it all to us! Great customer service!!
