Nicole did a wonderful job helping us out. Took time to make an appointment outside of usual work hours which meant a lot. Explained everything clearly and concisely until I fully understood the information.

I had a pleasant and informed experience with Maymont Homes . My Move In Coordinator was Dana Cook and they assisted with every step of the process. We did have power issues at the site and the Dana kept me informed and updated on the progress regarding the status of activation of the utility power. Afterwards, they followed up to ensure all was working correctly and to see if there was any further requests or questions I may have, while also answering any questions for maintenance requests or utility setup I did have. I would recommend them for any further property searches and setup.
