Haley is very good to work with and went above and beyond to help me

I could not get in contact with my assigned leasing agent (who shall remain nameless) for over two weeks after leaving multiple voicemails and sending numerous emails. I was lucky enough to get in touch with Sam Javier very late on a Friday afternoon and she made sure that all of my questions were answered and that a revised copy of a lease renewal was sent to me after reaching out to another department since it was necessary. Sam exemplifies professionalism and going the extra mile. Her manager at Maymont Homes should give this young lady a raise, promotion, or both. As a manager myself, I can tell you that good help is very hard to find and should be rewarded.

I called regarding a confusing balance on my ledger but a very sweet collections agent by the name of Barbara helped me clear up my confusion. She was very patient with my lack of knowledge surrounding the topic at hand. She was also very personable and answer any question i had with clarity.

I spoke with Latasha today to get assistant with my account. She has the most amazing customer service skills which I find rare these days. She was knowledgeable, funny and made my day better! It was a pleasure having her assistance. Latasha you are amazing! Thank you! 🥰

Preston was very kind. He came to fix the HVAC. Worked very quickly. Before he left he asked if there was anything I would like him to look at which there was another thing. He definitely went beyond what needed to be done. I am very grateful for everything he did. Highly recommend!!!

My transition to this was very informative and Barbara made me feel that I was consider as a human but just a cash flow. I am not sure about the company as a whole but I know that the workers are here for us.

So far this rental company has been worlds better than the last one, Alaysia was super helpful in getting my account set up & answering all the questions I had about the new company!
