Ms. Barbara was very helpful and informative. I just wish it was easier to talk to someone other than collections. Not saying Barbara did this cause she didn’t but some of the collections agents make you feel worse then you already is when calling in to make a payment. Thanks Barbara

This guy named Marcus. Tutt who is Maymont Maintenance Tech in the Augusta area did an amazing job today. He came out and fixed my fridge that was leaking, changed out the water filter and the air filter for the refrigerator, indentified a dish washer that did not work, adjusted my water heaters and even fixed my front door that was dragging. He was very professional. Thank you for such great service.

I went to do a tour but the door knob wouldn’t turn so I had to leave and head over to the next place to tour. I messaged Betty about the issue and she called me back about 10-20 minutes later. She said she would get someone to check on the issue so I can access the property for a tour. She was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly and gave me good information for the application process/fee. Thank you Betty!
