Emily Cobb was simply amazing! She was very friendly, very helpful and the tone in her voice made me smile. I wasn’t having a good morning this morning, but after speaking with her, I felt like not only was I Able to take care of what I needed to, but I got a little therapy session as well. It was so nice being able to talk with an actual person and not a machine..
