Daniela V with the maintenance team is above and beyond 5 stars! She stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour helping me sort out some technical issues with both some work orders and my security alarm system. She definitely went well out of her way to get me the solutions I needed. She is definitely a great asset to their maintenance department!

The lawn was unkept and the masterbathroom was smaller than the hallway restroom which didn’t work for me but it’s a nice property

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I consistently receive from your maintenance technician Keith Rice. He is always professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. Every time he comes out, he takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers any questions I have, and makes sure everything is working properly before he leaves. He also checks to see if there’s anything else I need and genuinely cares about making sure the issue is fully resolved. What stands out most is his attitude. He’s respectful, patient, and even apologizes for any inconvenience, which shows how much he values excellent customer service. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of every visit. He is definitely a 10 out of 10. Employees like him make a positive difference, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Thank you for having someone on your team who consistently provides exceptional service.
