Mary is a great asset to your company. She is accurate and thorough in her explanations. She takes a great deal of time with customers to ensure they understand a process and next steps. She has great patience and always seeks to identify solutions ( what we can do) vs and I can’t, we don’t attitude. You might leverage her to train others across your call center departments. Because if they don’t put it in the notes… It did not happen. * Notes should also be treated as legal documents at anytime call records can be subpoenaed. I know you won’t have issues with Mary, but for some others , there’s a lot left to the imagination.

I’ve been renting with this company since the early days, back when it was called Conrex. I want to be honest about my experience because I know reviews matter. In the beginning, there were definitely issues. I was told the home would be cleaned before move-in, but when I viewed the home using the lockbox code from Rent.com, the home was filthy. I was assured it would be clean by the time I moved in, and unfortunately, it wasn’t. The walls weren’t painted, the appliances didn’t match, and there was even a tub faucet installed in the kitchen, which I ended up replacing myself. I also purchased a $300 pull-down sprout faucet from Lowe’s and later bought my own smooth-top stove. I asked if they could remove the old stove so I could install mine, but they said no, so I stored their stove in the garage because I didn’t want to throw it away. That said, I’ve now been in this home for four years, and aside from those initial move-in issues, I truly haven’t had any major problems. My rent has always been paid on time, and I take care of the property as if it were my own. Since the beginning, customer service and customer care have actually been very good to me. It honestly makes me sick to my stomach reading some of the reviews because while my move-in experience wasn’t perfect, my long-term experience has been stable and positive. I hope others can find the same comfort and consistency renting with them that we’ve had over the years. Bam! Changed to 5 star

I had the very best interaction today with Maymont Homes. A fabulous representative by the name of Somazia , called over to welcome my family and I to the Maymont Homes Family. Somazia was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She answered all of my questions and relayed the updated changes in a way that was very understandable. Shannon answered my call in the billing department, and she was not only pleasant but very informative and her demeanor was inviting. She helped me in a matter of seconds and gave additional helpful information towards the end of the call. Maymont Homes is the absolute best and never lets me down. 1/6/2026 Maymont has a technician by the name of Ralph who serves the Florida area. He is absolutely phenomenal. His work is impeccable and he truly cares about the Maymont families he serves. Such a great representation of Maymont and how they treat their families. I've been a tenant for almost two months and just put in a maintenance request. They addressed my request so quickly. Within two days, a maintenance worker was here to get the problem resolved. You get a real peace of mind leasing through them.
