Von’Shawnna was amazing! Very respectful and listened to all my concerns!

Moving can be very stressful, however customer service agent Natalie White went out of her way to provide excellent service. She was kind, listened to our concerns, and resolved the issue within a timely manner. There’s nothing more that I could’ve asked for from a customer service agent and I truly appreciated her help.

We have had great responses from Maymont Homes when experiencing issues in our house that require maintenance. Response time has been good, and the vendors that have come to provide service have been knowledgeable and friendly. I just wanna say I had excellent customer service. Mr. Ralph was so professional he came in did the diagnostic for the machine checked it went through a point system recognize the problem and solve my problem. I’m so appreciative that Maymont has such a professional representative working for them.

My rent payment mystery had me feeling like I was stuck in a never-ending episode of Unsolved Cases, but in swooped Von’shawnna—part customer service guru, part financial detective, and 100% lifesaver. With the patience of a saint and the charm of a seasoned diplomat, she unraveled my predicament with ease. Not only did she answer all my questions with impeccable clarity, but she did so with a warmth and enthusiasm that made me briefly forget I was even talking about that neva ending always due at the first of the month RENT (a true talent, I must say). By the end of our call, I was enlightened, reassured, and dare I say, entertained?
