Today someone finally listened. I have been trying to resolve an issue with my utility bill and prevent having a lease violation for weeks now. Every time I call I have to explain all over again and the last time I called last week I was promised a call back that day. That never happened. So, today I pulled myself together and made a follow up call again regarding my issues with the utility bill praying that they would understand. Today Shannon Cole listened, she understood, she offered assistance and a possible resolution. A weight was lifted off my chest and my fears of having a lease violation all went away with the help from one person who understood, listened and took action to help. Thank you Shannon Cole.
