I had the wonderful opportunity to speak with Nicole recently regarding a rental property I was very interested in. Nicole was so gracious to return my call and take the time to answer all my questions. I was grateful for the insight Nicole provided into how their rental process works. Upon further research it's basically the same for all these rental companies. Unfortunately, there is zero opportunity to future bid to purchase any of their properties offered for rent. Strictly rent only (forever). It's not very nice to hoard all the properties (Hedge Funds & Corps) making nothing available for purchase. So, I have found an alternative route to go and in the not-too-distant future, I will purchase another home to call my very own. Ah, yes, the American Dream -- Home ownership. Nicole, however, is a fantastic representative of Maymont Homes. Engaging, informed, polite and gracious with her time. Nicole gets Five Gold Stars. Nicole is awesome!
