From the moment he arrived to inspect our maintenance request, he not only addressed the reported issue but also identified another major problem we hadn’t noticed. Derrick took immediate action to provide a temporary solution and escalated the request right away. Thanks to his thoroughness and quick response, we were contacted by a contractor within 24 hours to begin work on a permanent fix that is going to require much more labor.
