I just spoke with the representative Ms Dana Griffin and she was just fabulous she was so kind she was so caring she went beyond to make sure that I was provided with the services that I needed to get my problems resolved. I have spoken with Aaliyah Ladson she is a wonderful young lady she walked me through every step of the transition she just nice and kind and respectful So far my interaction with Maymont homes has been a pleasure I haven't had any drawbacks and whenever I call to get in contact with someone there's someone there to help me and I get response quickly

These stars are NOT based on the company but actually an employee. We had a huge issue with statement amount discrepancies for almost a month now, with no help or assistance. Emails and phone callbacks were NEVER answered. Somazia was able to FINALLY get the issue corrected while also keeping her word of providing me with updates. She was very professional and resourceful. We are very thankful to her and the company needs more employees like her. Out of everyone we’ve spoke to thus far, Somazia and Kimberly have been the only ones who took their time to help, look at docs carefully and essentially help the customer with an issue that could been fixed in a week.

After viewing a couple properties Betty reached out to see how my experience was going and if she and/or Cory could help in any way. She was kind, professional, and she listened. Provided me useful information, and advised me that if I needed anything to make sure I get in contact with her.

I'm twenty-five at the time of writing this. Earlier today I was looking into renting my first home with my significant other and Ms. Somiza was beyond a huge help in making sure my partner and I were thoroughly informed and she was enthusiastically pleasant about answering any questions that we had. She made the entire inquiry process feel easy breazy which was very refreshing. She was very prompt with sending additional helpful information and incredibly genuine making us both feel very comfortable.
