I want to take this opportunity to thank Hannah, for providing such a great customer experience. I called her office because I’m going to be late on my Nov rent. Guess what, instead of throwing at me that I will have late fees that I must make sure that I pay on time. She very professionally explained that’s, no problem, just remember that there will be a late fee added to my rent. In two years that I had lived at this property this is one of the few calls that I called stressed out because I’m going to be late and I ended up with more peace about my issue. I wish every call would be like this. Hannah, I thank you for making my day peaceful and providing such a great customer experience.

Excellent Vendor! I can’t say enough good things about this team. They were punctual, polite, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The fence looks beautiful and sturdy again — such a relief to see it done with pride and precision. Communication was easy and updates were clear throughout the process. Collections Team Member Natalie White was absolutely amazing...Ms.White helped me out throughout my whole process of a financial moving situation...Ms. White was extremely polite, caring, concerned & showed great professional. Ms. White stayed on the phone with me while she got my problem fixed with another department to inform me of everything that was going on... Ms. White is truly a stand out, go above & beyond her duties type of employee... Mayhomes Homes is very lucky to have Ms. White as an employee.

We had Ralph come out to inspect our fridge, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. He was incredibly kind, paid close attention to every detail, and delivered top-notch customer care from start to finish. Great people to rent from.Easy to use app makes payments and maintenance requests easy. What few maintenance requests we've had to submit have been handled fast and efficiently.
