Your forced to pay your bills through their system that they charge you to use so you don't actually have services in your name. If you have an emergency during a holiday weekend, you are redirected to an answering service that repeats how "sorry" they are bit there isn't anything that can be done. 5 years with this home...this maybe the last. Edited: I was called and apologized to about the situation that I found myself in and feel satisfied that corrections are being made. Thank you.
