I had the pleasure of speaking with Tyonia on Wednesdsy. She wanted to make sure my maintenance needs were take care, which they were by Cane CO.p, who is the best. I discussed another issue an she was more than willing to put in a work order. I truly appreciate her listening and answer all my questions in detail, without giving me a runner around. The 5 stars given was well deserved for such excellent customer service. Kudos to Tyonia.

Emily Cobb was very efficient explaining the renters insurance charge on my account. She was able to text me Lease Track’s direct number and transer me. Lease Track confirmed my policy and submitted a credit request. Great customer service Emily! Keep it up!
