My experience with Natalie White was nothing short of amazing. She was very understanding and helpful with my situation. I’m thankful to have been able to speak with her on my first initial call.

The representative who assisted me did an excellent job. He was extremely professional in his communication, knowledgeable, and efficient. He handled my situation perfectly and resolved my issue in just five minutes. Unfortunately, my experience earlier that morning was completely different. The female representative who initially answered my call transferred me to someone else because she was unable to understand my situation or determine how to assist me. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes, the person to whom she transferred my call simply hung up on me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. When I received a callback, this gentleman assisted me and resolved my problem in just five minutes. The other representatives should learn from him what true professionalism and excellent customer service look like. He is an excellent example of how customers should be treated. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help.

Call center agent Cesar provided great customer service. He outlined the rental process and the available options. He also made sure I was aware of any rental scams occurring and how to avoid them.
