Betty and her coworker were so helpful and made the process so easy.

Gerard showed up timely and was very efficient to figure out resolution of the problem. He let me know that if he couldn't, a third party would come in to assist. Previous rental company hired a third party that would cover up the problem instead of fix it. This is a pleasant change.

Charlie (Carlos Perez) was very polite and helpful. He assisted me quickly.

Daniela V with the maintenance team is above and beyond 5 stars! She stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour helping me sort out some technical issues with both some work orders and my security alarm system. She definitely went well out of her way to get me the solutions I needed. She is definitely a great asset to their maintenance department!
